Will David Ortiz be a hall of famer?

in 13 yrs his stats are .289 266hrs 880 rbis and 1216 hits....hes had 4 real good yrs so why does everyone put him in the hall of fame? cuz hes liked? people will say hes clutch...ESPN calls him clutch..Brandon Inge has more Career game winning hits and game winning hrs then Ortiz.....Rafeal Furcal has more game winning hrs then Ortiz......clutch cuz hes done it in the playoffs? he has 3 game winning hits in the playoffs ...Mike Lowell has 7.............ESPN and 90 % of its staff lives in NY and Boston thats why they make these players (ortiz Jeter and Teams to be better than they are).....
