Who makes that gold bracelet that locks with what looks like a flathead screwdriver?

If anyone has ever seen the movie "Obsessed" (2001) with Jenna Elfman, when her and Sam Robard are having dinner, he gives it to her as a gift, I cannot find this anywhere!
