No leakage... good or bad sign?

I am 9 mths pregnant and now overdue by two days. My have gotten bigger like normal however they have not shown any sign of leakage. This is my second child which is making me curious because with my first child I began leaking at about 6 mths. I know that every pregnancy is different and it is sometimes common for females not to leak until after the baby is born. I'm just curious though, because I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins with this pregnancy around three months. They would make me sick and I was always in pain with gas bubbles. With my first prenancy I took my vitamins until right before I gave birth with no side affects. Could this be a part into why my have not leaked or am I over thinking things? Please HELP!!!!
