40 caliber glock 22 9mm conversion?

i have a glock 22 40 caliber and ammo is getting expensive i was considering a 9mm conversion kit what parts are needed to change my 40 caliber to a 9mm ? and also is the conversion to 9mm has reliable has lets say a glock 19 would be ? also have there be any reliability issues with the glock conversion kits?
