I feel like mil is taking over? how do i change it?

i think the best you can do is limit the ammount of time you her and the baby are together . it will bother you less if you dont have to be around her craziness . Id say dont let her around for awhile but i think grandmothers are important for kids . if she just wants to come by tell her your bussy . you should get your husband to let her know that she is being intrusive. he should let her know when she can see the baby and that she cant come over unannounced anymore
