My date stole my money. What should I do?

I'm a guy. Several weeks ago I was on a Nth date in another city and while I was in bed my date (a woman who owns a small business) stole a big part of my cash from my bag. I'm sure 100% cause I checked it in my car before entering her house. The doors were locked, no one else was in the house. In the morning the cash was gone (some was left not to cause immediate suspicion). I knew exactly which bills were gone, cause I was careful as I suspected something early enough. What should I do? Should I report her to her business franchise HQ?
