Recl to a different mos....?

ok heres my deal been in for 6 months now as a 11b or infantry and im starting to think that it is not for me.ill still do my part for this country but im thinkin about doin some other job.i came in as a cherry e4.so how do i do it from here?what are the steps to take to change my mos?if any know any info please let me know.thanks
