Could this be pink eye?

My eye started hurting yesterday and it is still hurting today but it is getting worse it feels like I have rubbed it all day but I haven't touched it when I blink it hurts, it gets teary when I read or look at something, and when I look out of the corner of it, it feels stiff.... Could this be the start of pink eye?
