I want to create teen talent team?

I had an idea to create a team of teens is 12-16 in which each one has his/her specialty (an artist,someone who likes building and physicist and so on).The team is to get together brainstorm ideas and create a product( i am to be on the team me being 14 and have a knack for physics and mathematics) where can i get the kids and do you think this is a valid idea that may work?
