Question about Studying Abroad =D?

Hi, I'm from the Philippine and I'm planning to study in the Arlington Heights, Illinois. My relative lives there. I first need to get Form I-20 from the school and then I should present it to the US emby for them to give me the Student Visa. If I'm planning to study the next school year 2010-2011, when do you think should I start the whole process. ( Starting from getting Form I-20)
