Change colour of clothing using photoshop cs2?

Tried sites,they all do cs3 need cs2...The help provided doesnt make sense cuz it says choose image, adjustments,replace colour, which i couldnt find on the bar. I'm new to photoshop so please someone explain in full detail for me to change the colour of my top from red to pink.!
