Furthermore from rank B and up in composeing rank requires a few things to be done. From B to 9 requires you to have bought the books from Nele's secrt shop. which require you to bcome good friends with him which requires about 15 or more candle sticks. For rank 8 requires you to get the book "Innocence of the Lute" from karu dungeon on iria. For rank 7 you have to do a small quest from Effie in quilla base camp. Use the Skills keyword. Also..sorry if thats too much detail and ill say this again ina's awnser should be best.
