What Temp should the water coming out of my Outboard motor be while running.?

What temp should my outboard motor be when running, The water that is comming out of it is very hot and it is steaming. I checked the water pump impeller and it is fine. I intend on replacing anyways. 45hp mariner 2 stroke.
