Help Translating Tagalog; walang unang pagsisisi ito'y laging nasa huli?

My pinay girlfriend is concerned she is the reason for my pending divorce. I met her after things were already moving that direction, but she just admitted she feels like she's at fault (not true). She's worried my daughters will hate her and I will regret my decision. She texted me .."walang unang pagsisisi ito'y laging nasa huli" and said I should try to translate it. But I think it's somewhat idiomatic... I'm not sure of the connotation. Help!? We're still talking about this, but I said we need to talk more, so I'd like to know her meaning before then. Thanks for your help.
