TEN POINTSMy dog keeps shaking when breathing?

She is an 12 week old boxer and she keeps breathing irregularly and is shaking while breathing. She also is acting very lazy or lethargic and is not walking around or drinkin water. I will give you best answer if you give me a website and a good LONG answer thanks!
